We clean every item according to its care label and our professional judgement. Please tell us about stains, damage, delicate fabrics or special instructions when you hand over your items, and check pockets before handover. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, for pre-existing damage, or for results limited by an item's age, condition or care label.
4. Collection and claims
Please collect or accept delivery of your items within 30 days of the ready date. Any concern about an order should be raised within 48 hours of collection or delivery so we can review it. Any compensation is decided case by case in line with our shop policy and UAE law.
5. Intellectual property
The West Laundry name, logo, photos, text and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
